Returns/Refunds Policy

If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund.  A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.  The customer will also pay the shipping back to Dominion Medical Supply Inc.

 Dominion Home Health Products.com is a division of Dominion Medical Supply and we will gladly refund or exchange damaged or defective products. 

Billing

All transactions will be billed in Canadian Dollars.  Dominion Home Health Products.com is a divsion of Dominion Medical Supply Inc., therefore your credit card statement will show a billing from Dominion Medical Supply Inc.

 All returns must be authorized by Dominion Medical Supply Inc before exchange or refund is issued.  Please contact us for further instructions.
